Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of propsdepot.com and purchases made through the website.
Props Depot is an online retail store owned and operated by Props Inc. References to “Props Depot,” “Props Inc.,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Props Inc. and the Props Depot store.
By accessing the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them.
Store eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. You may not use the store or its products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, compatibility information, pricing, and availability accurately.
Colors and appearance may vary because of displays, lighting, materials, manufacturing tolerances, and handmade or production variations. Measurements may have reasonable tolerances where stated.
We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products without prior notice.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted with your order.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Props Depot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs authorities, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Custom and made-to-order products
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time and generally cannot be canceled or returned after production begins unless the product is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
Third-party products and trademarks
The store may sell products manufactured by third parties or describe products as compatible with third-party brands.
All third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners. References to third-party brands are used only to identify products or describe compatibility and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Third-party products may also be subject to warranties provided by their manufacturers.
Intellectual property
The website and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, artwork, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Props Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Props Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products purchased through it.
